If you have thought about attending a yoga class or have tried and been discouraged by discomfort or criticism my private sessions will allow you to learn the asana forms slowly and safely while learning to quiet your mind.
I assist and guide you in finding an approachable practice. Intentional yoga will build your strength, align and relax your body, and most importantly will encourage you to balance your activities, and pursuits. Practicing yoga will bring focus to all you do. Private yoga will invite you to step out of the exercise realm and into the Hatha, the joining of all aspects of yourself. It is for anyone who wants to focus and find clarity through practice.
As a teacher I find inspiration in other teachers work, yogic writings, and my class participants. I work from where my students are.
