Intentional yoga practice will strengthen, align and relax your body, but most importantly by practicing yoga with total attention you will encourage yourself to balance your activities, and bring focus to all you do. This practice will invite you to step out of the exercise realm and into the Hatha, the joining of all aspects of yourself. It is for anyone who wants to focus and find clarity through practice. As a teacher I find inspiration in other teachers work, yogic writings, and my class participants. In each class I work from where my students are.
