Hi, I’m Jan, Your Personal Coach
I opened my center with twenty years of experience in the fitness industry. After first overcoming my own health and fitness challenges, and achieving and maintaining my own fitness goals, I worked for national certifications as a nutrition coach, group exercise instructor, and personal trainer with specializations in yoga and pilates based movement.
Throughout the years, I have worked in a variety of health clubs, schools, and community settings as a teacher, trainer and fitness director with people of all ages and fitness levels. As an exercise enthusiast, avid aerobic dancer, marathon runner, wife, mother, and fitness model, I know how important it is to find what you love and do it. Now, I am happy to share the same knowledge and experience with you that has motivated my many students and fitness clients to transform their lives:
