A Weight Management Plan to Learn the Basics and Get You to Your Maintenance Goal
This is a twelve week, individualized program Including:
– a complete Fitness Profile,
– a custom designed Personal Exercise Program with two, fifty-five minute training sessions,
– custom meal plans and food selection guidance
– Twelve weekly exercise/weight management check-ins (20 minutes each).
When I think about weight loss and maintenance, I think that I want you to learn how to achieve your goal weight and I want you to know how to maintain your weight loss through your food intake and exercise output. I want you to always be in maintenance or weight loss mode. Sustaining weight is 80% about diet and 20% about exercise. It takes learning and practice, and we get good at what we practice!
