– A Complete Fitness Profile,
– Meal plans and food selection guidance
– A custom designed Personal Exercise Program with two, fifty-five minute personal coaching sessions,
– Ongoing menu planning and supervision,
– Twelve weekly weight management check-ins, telephone, email, or studio visits (20 minutes each).
