I’ll always plan a workout that surprises and challenges you. In fact, my clients often tell me that they look forward to “playtime”. But foremost in each session, I emphasize proper execution, and appropriate short and long-term goals to prevent injury and build fundamental strength.
I believe your plan should be fun, varied to suit you and safe, and I have attempted to create a space where you may work to achieve your fitness goals and think positively about your journey.
