Through years of teaching experience, I have developed an instructional method that insures beginners will learn to practice safely and develop core strength, while experienced practitioners will refine their performance and build a repertoire of exercises that increase strength, balance and control.
As you practice pilates with me I will encourage you to:
Visualize
See the exercise as it is performed, and learn the placement and movement of your body through verbal cuing.
Practice
The movement attentively with coaching to feel how your body moves and learn your optimal form.
Perform
Several exercises in continuous series to understand their synergy and learn your optimal form.
Throughout the years I’ve been asked what my “secret” is, my answer has been, moisturize and do pilates!
