Through years of teaching experience, I have developed an instructional method that insures beginners will learn to practice safely and develop core strength, while experienced practitioners will refine their performance and build a repertoire of exercises that increase strength, balance and control. Sometimes props are used to challenge performance and sometimes props are used to accommodate performance. Specific attention is given to newcomers and those who are advancing their practice and repertoire. One or two private sessions may be recommended before group participation begins or continues.
