event train, or as fun fitness maintenance.

Pilates
Through years of teaching experience, I have developed an instructional
method that insures beginners will learn to practice safely and develop core
strength, while experienced practitioners will refine their performance
and build a repertoire of exercises that increase strength, balance and
control. Sometimes props are used to challenge performance and
sometimes props are used to accommodate performance. Specific attention is given
to newcomers and those who are advancing their practice and repertoire. One or
two private sessions may be recommended before group participation begins or
continues.

Details: Groups are multi-level and consist of 3-6 participants. To reserve your spot purchase six sessions for $60.00 and use the sessions within 8 weeks. Payment for the entire series is due up-front and is nonrefundable in part or whole. In the case of inclement weather, please call / check your messages for possible cancellation. In the case of weather emergencies make-ups will be arranged.
